When and how to take each food supplement?Updated a month ago

Whole Food Multivitamin Daily F20 complex - 120 powdered and 60 liquid capsules

  • How many? Daily doses is 2 powder capsules and 1 liquid capsule.  
  • When? Take with food (e.g. breakfast + dinner).
  • How? Wash down with sufficient amount of water.

Pregnancy Essentials - 120 powdered capsules and 60 liquid capsules

  • How many? Daily doses is 2 powder capsules and 1 liquid capsule.

  • When? Ideally take with the main meal (breakfast). When taken on an empty stomach, the rate of absorption decreases.

  • How many? 1 capsule daily.
  • When? Ideally take with the main meal (breakfast). When taken on an empty stomach, the rate of absorption decreases.
  • How? They are best absorbed in combination with food containing fat.

Calcium + D3/K2 - 90 capsules

  • How many? 1 capsule daily.
  • When? Take at any time of the day, ideally on an empty stomach, i.e. 45 minutes before breakfast or 2 hours after your last meal. Alternatively, take with a meal containing fat for better absorption of vitamins D3 and K2 (e.g. olive oil, avocado, nuts, fatty fish).
  • How? Drink plenty of water. We do not recommend combining it with other minerals - calcium can reduce the absorption of magnesium, zinc and iron in particular, so we recommend taking them at least 2-3 hours apart.

Magnesium, zinc + vitamin B6 - 120 capsules

  • How many? 2 capsules daily.
  • When? Ideally taken on an empty stomach, i.e. 45 minutes before breakfast or, conversely, 2 hours after the last meal. In case of nausea, it can be used before going to bed. Taking before bed can improve sleep quality.
  • How? We do not recommend combining it with calcium, i.e. food rich in this mineral (dairy products), because calcium affects the bioavailability of zinc.

ThreoMag - 270 capsules

  • How many? 3 capsules daily.
  • When? Ideally taken on an empty stomach, i.e. In the evening. In case of sleep disturbance, we recommend taking it between 4-5 pm or in the morning hours.
  • How? Wash down with sufficient amount of water.

Zinc 15 mg - 90 capsules

  • How many? 1 capsule daily.
  • When? Ideally taken on an empty stomach, i.e. 45 minutes before breakfast or, conversely, 2 hours after the last meal. In case of nausea, it can only be used before going to bed.
  • How? The absorption of zinc when taken with food is very low. It is mainly reduced by phytates (contained in whole grains, legumes), fibre, iron, alcohol or coffee.

Iron 12,5 mg - 90 capsules

  • How many? 1 capsule daily (ideally, we recommend adjusting supplementation according to blood tests and consultation with a doctor)
  • When? In the morning or in the early hours, ideally before meals
  • How? Wash down with sufficient amount of water.

ProLife - 60 / 120 capsules

  • How many? 1-2 capsules daily.
  • When? Anytime during the day, better to take with food.
  • How? Wash down with sufficient amount of water.

Algae Omega 3 - 60 / 120 capsules

  • How many? 2 capsules daily.
  • When? Anytime during the day, better to take with food.
