Subscription Order Messages
Customers with an active subscription receive notifications before their next order is created.
Three days before your order is processed, you will receive a message directly in WhatsApp. This allows you to:
- be informed in advance about the upcoming shipment,
- edit your order before it is shipped,
- for example, change the delivery date or postpone the order.
These messages are part of the subscription service and provide information about your order.
Marketing WhatsApp Messages
In addition to transactional messages, customers may also receive marketing messages – such as news, special offers, or product information.
If you do not wish to receive marketing WhatsApp messages, simply reply in the chat with the word: STOP
After sending STOP, you will be unsubscribed from future marketing WhatsApp messages.
Unsubscribing using the word STOP does not apply to transactional messages related to your subscription orders. These messages will continue to be sent so that you can manage or edit your upcoming order in time.
