Iron contains iron in the form of ferrous bisglycinate, a fully chelated form of iron known for its high absorption and gentleness to the stomach and digestion. 


Due to its high bioavailability, our iron is more effective even at lower doses and shows much higher absorption compared to traditional iron salts such as ferrous sulfate.
