I have multiple products in my subscription – how can I change or consolidate the delivery date?Updated 19 days ago

If you have multiple products as part of your subscription, you can easily adjust the delivery date for each of them according to your needs—either deliver them on different dates or combine them into one shipment.

The procedure is as follows:

1. Log in to your account. Not sure how to log in? Instructions can be found here.

2. Click on the "Orders" tab. 

3. You will see your upcoming order – click on "View and manage order"

4. Select "More options" and then click on "Reschedule".

5. Now you can:

  • choose from the suggested options, or
  • select any date according to your needs.

6. Confirm the change and the new delivery date will be saved.
