How to unsubscribe?Updated 21 days ago

You can cancel your subscription yourself in your account. Follow these steps: 

1. Log in to your account. Not sure how to log in? Instructions can be found here.

2. Click on the "Subscriptions" tab. 

3. You will see a list of products you are currently subscribed to. 

4. You must cancel each subscription separately:

• Click on "Edit Options" for the specific product.
• Select "Cancel this subscription."
• You will see an offer to postpone delivery—if you really want to cancel your subscription, confirm by clicking "Cancel."

Please note that canceling all products will cancel your entire subscription. This will result in the loss of all discounts you have earned through your subscription. If you decide to reactivate your subscription in the future, you will start again from the first order – i.e., without a discount.
