General supplement combinations
These products can be combined, are commonly used, and well tolerated: Omega-3, Magnesium or Threomag, Zinc, Acerola, Vitamins D3 and K2, ProLife, Calcium+D3/K2, Iron.
Important recommendations
We recommend taking Iron separately from calcium, magnesium, and zinc (ideally with a gap of at least 2 hours). Iron supplementation is recommended based on blood test results.
Vitamin D3 and K2 can be taken together and are also suitable alongside multivitamins if a higher dose is needed. We recommend adjusting the dosage of Vitamin D3 according to blood test results.
Omega-3 can be combined with practically all supplements.
