How can I reschedule my order?Updated 20 days ago

Don't need or want to receive your subscription products at the set interval (e.g., your package lasted longer than you expected)? Simply select the option to skip (omit) the upcoming order in your subscription settings. 

The procedure is as follows:

1. Log in to your account. Not sure how to log in? Instructions can be found here.

2. Click on the "Orders" tab. 

3. You will see your upcoming order – click on "View and manage order"

4. Select "More options" and then click on "Reschedule".

5. Now you can:

  • choose from the suggested options, or
  • select any date according to your needs.

6. Confirm the change and the new delivery date will be saved.
