Children's bodies are constantly developing, and at every age they have specific requirements for certain nutrients. Proper nutrition and targeted supplementation are essential to support healthy growth and development.

Which products do we recommend for children?

Kids Vitamin D3
• We recommend starting immediately after birth at a dosage of 4 drops daily

Kids Omega 3
• From six months of age, we recommend adding omega-3s alongside vitamin D3 and the first solid foods to support proper cognitive development and healthy vision

Kids Omega 3 + D3/K2
• From one year of age, we suggest switching from Kids Vitamin D3 and Kids Omega 3 to this triple combination with vitamin K2

From older ages, children can alternatively supplement with the following products:

From 3 years:
• Krill Oil +: 1 capsule daily
• Liquid Omega 3: 2 ml daily
• Bio Acerola: 1 capsule daily
Vitamin D3 + K2: 1 drop daily

From 4 years:
• Omega 3 Algae: 1 capsule daily
Magnesium, Zinc+Vitamin B6: 1 capsule daily

From 12 years:
• Vitamin D3 (2000 IU): 1 capsule every other day with food
• Vitamin K2: 1 capsule daily with food
• Zinc: 1 capsule daily with food
Daily F20 Complex: 1 liquid capsule + 2 powder capsules daily with food
