Basic supplementation to support athletic performanceUpdated 4 months ago

To optimize athletic performance, not only a quality diet, but also proper supplementation is essential.

As foundational supplements to support performance, recovery, and overall health, we recommend the following:

Magnesium, Zinc Chelate + Vitamin B6
• Helps prevent muscle cramps and supports recovery
• Take 2–4 capsules in divided doses at any time of the day

Multivitamin Daily F20 Complex
• Replenishes essential nutrient deficiencies (biotin, chromium, iodine, selenium, B vitamins, vitamin K2 MK-7, zinc, beta-carotene, vitamin D, vitamin E, tocotrienol blend) to support energy, improve recovery, and enhance immune response
• Take 2 powdered capsules plus 1 liquid capsule together with food

Omega 3
• Helps reduce inflammation and improve recovery after exercise
• You can choose from the full range of Trime omega-3 products; we particularly recommend Krill Oil +, which is in a phospholipid form that supports faster recovery after training
• Take the standard recommended amount with meals
We specifically recommend taking Krill Oil + after physical activity

Vitamin D3 + K2
• If your blood levels of vitamin D are low, we recommend increasing intake beyond the 1000 IU found in the Daily F20 Complex
• Optimal blood levels of vitamin D should range between 100–150 nmol/l
• We recommend Vitamin D3+K2 drops or Vitamin D3 and K2 capsules

ProLife
• Helps counteract oxidative stress and inflammation caused by intense physical activity
• Take individually 1–2 capsules daily

Zinc
• Supports recovery and immune function during periods of increased physical exertion
• We recommend additional zinc supplementation during high training load periods, beyond the 7 mg included in the multivitamin Daily F20 Complex
• Take 1 capsule, ideally after a meal
