Trime Organic Acerola is unique in that it is not fortified with synthetic ascorbic acid and is not derived from commercially available frozen fruit. We source freshly harvested acerola from South America, at the optimal stage of ripeness, with a fully developed nutritional and sensory profile, which is then freeze-dried.

The acerola obtained in this way boasts a complex natural composition full of other bioactive substances (polyphenols, provitamin A, some B vitamins and minerals such as potassium, magnesium, calcium, phosphorus, sodium, zinc and iron) that support the absorption and action of natural vitamin C.
