What is the difference between the original F20 formula and the new Whole Food F20 Complex?Updated 10 months ago

Since we want to continuously improve and improve our products, the new Whole Food F20 Complex multivitamin was created with the idea of creating the purest basic supplementation that replicates the ideal conditions of a natural diet and ensures sufficient intake of these deficient nutrients.

Multivitamin F20 Complex is designed for area supplementation, so we focused on the greatest deficiencies of vitamins and minerals in the population, which are essential to supplement, both in the prevention of civilization diseases and the daily intake of essential nutrients.

The use of whole natural sources ensures better absorption and higher bioavailability of all vitamins and minerals contained. This approach has allowed us to effectively optimize doses for daily supplementation without compromising efficacy.

Two-phase capsule system:

The difference is not only in the whole product concept, which now consists of a dual capsule dosing system - i.e. liquid and powdered capsules. But also in the access to the source of the substances from which the multivitamin is derived.

Whole food concept:

Based on whole food sources such as sprouted and vitamin-infused buckwheat (B vitamins, zinc, selenium, chromium), organic seaweed (iodine), fermented natto from organic soybeans (vitamin K2MK7), seaweed algae (vitamin D), seaweed Dunaliella salina (beta carotene), raw oil palm fruit (tocopherols and tocotrienols) and sunflower (vitamin E).

Which vitamins and minerals are not found in the new multivitamin?

• Vitamin C (we recommend supplementing with product Bio Acerola)

• Copper (this mineral does not need to be supplemented as part of the basic supplementation)

• Manganese (this mineral does not need to be supplemented as part of the basic supplementation)

• Contains a small amount of iodine (in the basic supplementation we count on the fact that a certain amount of this mineral is naturally consumed in the diet, also the form of iodine we use is better absorbed, which allowed us to optimize the amount of iodine)

In order to respect individual needs, we recommend supplementation with omega-3 fatty acids, for example, or, if necessary, to increase antioxidant capacity, with ProLife and other products.
