What is oxidative stress?Updated 10 months ago

Oxidative stress is caused by high concentrations of free radicals. It is an imbalance between the production of free radicals and the body's ability to neutralise them. To neutralize them, our body uses antioxidants. The higher the stress on the body and the worse the diet, the more attention should be paid to regular intake of antioxidants.
