What do our omega-3 products taste like?Updated 21 days ago

The differences in the taste and smell of omega-3 supplements depend mainly on their origin and the added natural essential oils. Below you will find an overview of all variants:

Krill Oil – usually has a mild sea/fish smell, which is natural to a certain extent, as it is a marine animal product. It should not have a strong or unpleasant fishy aftertaste.

Algae Oilcompletely free of fishy taste, as it comes from seaweed. Thanks to the added organic lemon essential oil, it has a fresh, slightly citrusy taste.

Liquid Omega3 (from cod liver) – there may be a slight fishy aroma, which is typical for this source, but the added organic essential oils of blood orange and lemon pleasantly mask it.

Kids Omega3 – the unflavored version may have a slight sea or fishy smell, which is natural for a seaweed source. The flavored version with organic lemon essential oil, on the other hand, has a very mild taste.
