Is it advisable to take D3+K2 with Daily F20 Complex?Updated 10 days ago
The Daily F20 Complex contains a base amount of 1000 IU of vitamin D3 and 75 μg of vitamin K2 MK-7.
If your blood levels of vitamin D are within the optimum range (ideally 100-150 nmol/l), there is no need to supplement vitamin D3+K2 separately. In case of lower levels, we recommend individually supplementing with higher amounts of vitamin D3 for a limited period of time.
You can take our simple quiz to help determine whether you may have a vitamin D deficiency. Please note that this quiz is for guidance only. The most reliable way to assess your vitamin D status is through a blood test.
We recommend supplementing with higher doses of vitamin K2 (120-200 μg) if you want to target prevention and support for specific health problems such as cardiovascular disease.
