How to use ThreoMag?Updated 10 months ago

For permanent support of brain functions, improvement of memory and concentration, we recommend regular and long-term supplementation of magnesium in the form of L-threonate.


Dosage:

• The recommended basic daily dose is usually around 2000 mg (i.e. 3 capsules of the ThreoMag product), which can be increased up to 6 capsules (i.e. 4000 mg) as needed.

• Can also be taken with food (this does not interfere with magnesium absorption).


Timing:

• It is usually recommended to take it on an empty stomach and before going to bed. However, for some individuals, L-threonate supplementation in the evening may, due to increased brain activity, cause sleep disturbance with feelings of increased alertness. We therefore recommend testing the organism's individual reaction and adjusting the dosage.


Individual response and dosage adjustment:

If taking it in the evening disturbs sleep, we recommend dividing the dose into the morning and afternoon parts of the day or taking ThreoMag in the later afternoon (around 4-5 p.m.). 

• Use in the morning and in the morning hours does not affect the reduction of benefits on brain functions and memory improvement.
