• How much? 14 drops per day

• When? Any time of the day.

• How? Ideally taken with a meal containing at least some good quality fat (5g is sufficient) for better absorption (for example, cereal porridge with a piece of good quality butter, a fruit snack with a teaspoon of olive oil or a snack containing a fatty dairy product). At the same time, the diet should achieve a balanced ratio between omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acid intake.
