We recommend taking Calcium+D3/K2 on an empty stomach – ideally about 45 minutes before a meal or 2 hours after eating. This approach supports optimal calcium absorption.
Alternatively, the supplement can be taken with a meal that contains fats, which may enhance the absorption of vitamins D3 and K2. However, calcium may be absorbed slightly more slowly when taken with food, though both options are safe.
Important:
Take with a sufficient amount of water.
Do not take at the same time as other minerals (especially magnesium, zinc, or iron), as calcium may reduce their absorption.
