How to dose ProLifeUpdated 3 months ago

The recommended dosage of the ProLife supplement is 1–2 capsules per day. This amount already provides significant support for the body's antioxidant capacity.

Higher doses may be considered only short-term and in specific cases, ideally under professional supervision.

For individuals with increased oxidative stress (e.g., older age, excessive physical or mental strain, exposure to polluted environments, elevated inflammation), ProLife may be taken regularly in smaller doses.

Conversely, for younger, healthy individuals without major stressors, we recommend short-term, seasonal use—taking the supplement only during periods of increased need (e.g., sun exposure), followed by breaks.

Due to the high concentration of active ingredients, we recommend not exceeding the dose of 2 capsules daily without consulting a professional.

If you are taking anticoagulants, statins, or immunosuppressants, consult your healthcare provider before using this product!
