How does payment work within the subscription?Updated 19 days ago

Subscription payments are processed automatically, so you don't have to worry about a thing. The amount for each order will be deducted from the payment card you entered when you first ordered your subscription.

Once the payment has been successfully processed, we will ship your order.

Three days before shipping your order, we will also send you an email notification that your subscription is about to be processed again.

What if the payment fails?

If your payment is declined—for example, due to an invalid or expired card—simply update your payment details in your account.
