A lack of group B vitamins can have a number of manifestations that differ according to the particular deficient vitamin. However, fatigue, weakness, memory and mood problems, anemia or skin problems generally occur.
Deficiency of group B vitamins may include the following symptoms:

• Vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid): Fatigue, poor hair quality, weakened immunity and muscle cramps.
• Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine): Depression, irritability, confusion, anemia, insomnia, and weakening of the immune system.
• Vitamin B7 (Biotin): Hair thinning and loss, brittle nails, skin rashes, fatigue and muscle pain.
• Vitamin B9 (folate): Fatigue, weakness, anemia, problem with cell growth and increased risk of fetal malformations during pregnancy.
• Vitamin B12 (cobalamin): Fatigue, weakness, neurological problems such as tingling in the limbs, memory problems, depression and anemia.
A combination of B vitamin deficiencies can lead to more extensive symptoms. Mainly low energy level, increased stress, poor concentration, nervousness and worse regeneration.
