How do I sign up for a subscription?Updated 20 days ago

How do I proceed if I want a subscription to Trime products:

 1. Product selection - to sign up for a subscription, select the product you want to receive regularly from our e-shop offer and click through to its details. (To set up your subscription, we recommend starting with one product. You can add more products as needed in the next steps.) 

2. Select subscription option - before adding the product to your cart, check the "Subscribe and save up to 20%" option instead of one-time purchase. 

3. Select delivery interval - choose how often you want us to send you the product - the interval can be set to 1 / 2 / 3 months. This setting can be changed or adjusted to your current needs at any time. 

4. Add to cart - to place your first subscription order, click "Add to cart" and proceed to checkout. 

5. Multiple products within a subscription - if you are ordering for the first time and would like to receive multiple different products within your subscription, repeat the same procedure described in steps 1-4 for each product before proceeding to checkout. You will have the desired delivery frequency set for all products selected in this way (this may vary), but you will pay for all these products together and they will be delivered to you together as part of your first order. 

A package containing selected products (your order may include both products you wish to receive as a one-time delivery and those you have chosen for regular use) will be sent to you immediately after you place your first order and set up your subscription. Subsequent deliveries will be made automatically according to the selected interval. The total amount for the selected products will be automatically deducted from your payment card.
