Does F20 contain methylated forms of B vitamins?Updated a month ago

Multivitamin F20 is a whole-food multivitamin, which means that the B vitamins come from natural sources. Folate (vitamin B9) is partially in the active form 5-MTHF (approx. 50-80%), but the product is not a fully methylated B complex.

Multivitamin F20 is suitable for most people with the MTHFR mutation. If a higher proportion of active forms of folate and B12 is needed, it is recommended to supplement the product with declared 5-MTHF and methylcobalamin.

Fully methylated forms of B vitamins (methylfolate and methylcobalamin) are included in Pregnancy Essentials and Fertility Essentials.
