We would like to inform you that the delivery of shipments is entirely managed by transport companies and we unfortunately have no way of influencing the specific procedures of couriers in the field.

What should you do?

  • The quickest solution is to contact the carrier who delivered the shipment (GLS and Packeta) directly.
  • Alternatively, you can contact us (customer service: [email protected]) – we will be happy to help you with your complaint. Please provide your order number, shipment number, and a brief description of the situation.
