Do Trime omega-3 supplements also contain vitamins D and A?Updated 7 hours ago

Most omega-3 supplements do not contain vitamin D or vitamin A, as they consist primarily of the isolated fatty acids EPA and DHA.

The exception is Omega-3 Cod Liver Oil, which is made from cod liver—which naturally contains vitamins D and A. However, the amounts are not standardized and may vary slightly depending on the season and the origin of the raw material.

On average, 100 ml contains approximately 2,000 IU of vitamin D and 21 mcg of vitamin A, which means that a single standard dose (4 ml) contains only about 80 IU of vitamin D and 0.88 mcg of vitamin A - a negligible amount in terms of supplementation for these vitamins.

To supplement vitamin D, we recommend, for example, the Vitamin D3+K2 product.
