Do Trime omega 3 supplements also contain vitamins D and A?Updated 4 months ago

Most omega-3 supplements do not contain vitamin D or vitamin A, as they are primarily composed of isolated EPA and DHA fatty acids.

An exception is the product Liquid Omega 3, which is made from cod liver oil—a natural source of both vitamin D and vitamin A. However, the levels of these vitamins are not standardized and may vary slightly depending on the season and origin of the raw material. On average, 100 ml contains approximately 2,000 IU of vitamin D and 21 mcg of vitamin A. This means that a typical serving (4 ml) provides only about 80 IU of vitamin D and 0.88 mcg of vitamin A—an amount that is negligible in terms of supplementation of these vitamins.
