Combination of subscription discounts and discount codesUpdated 2 minutes ago

Subscription discounts cannot be combined with most standard discount codes. The only exceptions are specific or individually provided discount codes - for example, as compensation, a thank you for feedback or a little treat for you.

In such cases, discounts may exceptionally be added together, always with prior approval from us. If you are unsure whether a particular discount can be combined with a subscription, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will be happy to verify everything and adjust the order manually if necessary.

If you have an active subscription and a valid discount code, the discounts are applied sequentially. First, the subscription discount (according to your discount tier) is deducted from the order price, and then the discount from the discount code is deducted from the reduced amount.
